The Lodge Casino is currently in search of a Guest Services Representative/Cage Cashier

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and complete all required paperwork
- Maintain accountability for funds in compliance with all gaming regulations and accounting practices
- Enroll new members by providing them with new club card and information about club benefits
- Redeem guests’ bus coupons, cash grams and points, issue vouchers and pay patrons cash due
- Issue dinner, hotel, and other comps for all qualified casino players
- Obtain knowledge of all current and upcoming special events, promotions, and entertainment to inform patrons
- Cash checks, tickets and coupons, verifying endorsement, receiving proper identification, and ensuring validity
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Proficiency in operating a 10-key machine
- Working knowledge of basic computer operations – MS Word and Excel
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
