Position: Marketing Representative (Full Time)

Responsibilities
  • Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience.
  • Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Explains the Bally's Rewards program in detail.
  • Effectively markets the Bally's Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members.
  • Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.
  • Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
  • Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events.
  • Maintains general knowledge of the properties.
  • Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards.
  • Complies with all company’s policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations.
  • Performs other job related duties as requested.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
  • A minimum of six months of related experience and training.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily.
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights and holidays.

Qualifications
  • High School or better.
