Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Cage and Rewards Center operations to ensure accuracy, security, and efficient service;
Lead, coach, and evaluate Cage Supervisors and staff; manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and payroll approvals;
Maintain departmental budgets and cash levels in accordance with operational and regulatory standards;
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, gaming regulations, and all Title 31/AML requirements;
Develop policies, training materials, and performance documents for Cage team members
