Marriott Hotels - 6700 North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities (e.g., ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, Summer Fest).;
Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies.;
Follow training guidelines to support the direction of Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers.;
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees.;
Learn and operate software systems used in events (e.g., ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage).
