Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Provide superior guest service to VIP guests and internal/external customers;
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP players to enhance loyalty and gaming engagement;
Communicate with VIP players regarding casino services, promotions, and events via phone, written correspondence, and on-floor interaction;
Conduct outbound telemarketing with a minimum of 100 cold calls per week;
Collaborate with Marketing to support events, tournaments, and promotional activities
