We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captives team s role can be based in any US office location.

Our specialists work with your organization to design captive programs aligned with your strategic and financial goals, leveraging industry-leading analytics to assess needs, provide recommendations, and quantify the benefits of captive insurance both now and in the future.

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies.
• Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance.
• Helps Account Manager preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts.
• Assists Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $43,600 to $93,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
