Highlands Wealth Management Group team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Associate to support advisors and deliver exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities-
- Provide high-level client service and relationship support.
- Assist advisors with account maintenance and operational workflows.
- Process paperwork, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong follow-through on open tasks and client needs.
- Coordinate scheduling, meeting preparation, and client communications.
- Work collaboratively with advisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain attention to detail in a regulated and time-sensitive environment.
- Prioritize tasks independently and proactively communicate progress.

Qualifications-
- Series 7 license, series 66 license and insurance license required.
- 3-5 years previous financial service experience required.
- Insurance licensing expected or willingness to obtain promptly.
- Previous financial industry experience required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional references encouraged.

Compensation-
Compensation is based on experience, licensing, and proven performance.
- Newly licensed candidates: approximately $66,560 To 75,000
- Experienced, proven Registered Client Associates: approximately 76,000 to 90,000.

Potential performance-based bonus opportunities available.
