Own the Close Process

• Take the lead on month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable reporting

Drive Forecasting & Insights

• Develop and manage monthly forecasts
• Analyze variances and identify key business drivers
• Provide meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions

Support Financial Reporting

• Contribute to recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables
• Enhance reporting quality, consistency, and usability

Partner with Operations

• Provide financial analysis and support for manufacturing operations
• Help translate financial data into actionable recommendations

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with strong hands-on execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
