Job Title
Commercial Loan Administrator II – Full‑time
LocationBroomfield, CO or Greenwood Village, CO (hybrid options available)
Salary Range$80,000 to $90,000, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
Responsibilities- Support multiple commercial bankers handling a high volume of moderate to complex loans.
- Complete pre‑close items for commercial loan requests, including gathering good standing certificates, entity documents, beneficial ownership information, pulling credit reports, ordering and reviewing UCC filings, title work, appraisals, and environmental reports.
- Order loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements.
- Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Provide appropriate and complete documentation at the time of closing.
- Verify the disbursement of loan funds for accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in processing loan payments, advances, and related items.
- Work with bankers on post‑loan closing items, including maintenance of covenant ticklers and collateral tracking.
- Ensure loans are booked correctly in the core system and documentation is saved in the credit filing system.
- Provide support and act as a resource to other Commercial Loan Administrators.
- Serve as a notary.
- 3+ years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to work productively without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume workflow with multiple priorities and possible short‑term deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with third‑party vendors, co‑workers, and customers.
The role may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, operating computers, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
