Job Overview
Assistant Banking Center Manager at NBH Bank. Responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations, coaching staff, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Train and coach the team, making decisions with input from Banking Center leadership.
- Communicate effectively, motivating staff and responding to concerns.
- Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within guidelines.
- Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies.
- Develop relationships with business partners and introduce clients to products, services, and digital solutions.
- Provide strong knowledge of mortgage, business, installment loans, and financial services.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Associate Degree or equivalent.
- Register and license in NMLS as required by the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH compliance policies.
- Valid driver’s license and driving history meeting Bank’s standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3‑4 years cash handling or financial service experience.
- 2+ years successful sales experience.
- 4‑5 years relevant job experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate self‑starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic; accurate work.
- Logical decision‑making ability.
- Multi‑tasking capability.
- Computer and software proficiency.
- Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
- Committed to meritocracy and associate growth.
- Physical requirements:
push, pull, lift, bend, raise hands/arms overhead. - Overtime typically no more than 5%.
