Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring for private equity primary fund commitments and co-investments.
Education and ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, and either a relevant internship or relevant work experience in private markets, investment analysis, or a diligence‑/transaction‑oriented role (i.e. LP/endowment/foundation/OCIO roles, private equity/credit, transaction advisory/financial due diligence, corporate development, consulting with diligence exposure, or investment banking) is required. Must have demonstrated experience preparing financial analysis including data gathering, spreadsheet maintenance, and clear presentation of results.
Must exhibit advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into concise conclusions and next steps. Must have strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow‑through; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. Must have ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Must pass criminal history background check and pre‑employment drug test. Must have valid driver’s license for state of residency and be insurable under the Company vehicle insurance policy.
Preference will be given to enrolled and qualified Native Americans.
