Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the client's financial wellbeing and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
- Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Delivers a full PNC conversation with each client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share through a differentiated experience, conducting lobby engagement and educating customers on financial options using technology and resources.
- Applies product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to enhance loyalty.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, and experience). This role is incentive eligible.
