Key Bank - 2950 West Belleview Avenue - Responsibilities:
Lead teller line with scheduling and coaching responsibilities to enhance branch operations;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate;
Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools and explain banking products and services;
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls; balance cash drawers and uphold branch operational standards;
Support Branch Manager in onboarding and training new tellers and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
