Chase - 14601 East Colfax Avenue - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with branch team members to meet financial goals.;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
