** Financial Analyst
** is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting in a fast-growing technology company. This position will be a key contributor to the FP&A function  Financial Analyst focuses on developing revenue forecast/budget and long-term plan, including key revenue metrics, supporting quarterly earnings calls and MD&A analysis, formulating analysis of financial and operational data to support effective decision-making and large company wide initiatives.

** How will you make a difference?
*** Support and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams
* Contribute to revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis
* Analyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget
* Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance
* Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast
* Become a power user of the Hyperion planning system and Smart View add-in to facilitate efficient reporting and planning process

* Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of experience in
** Financial Analysis
** or related field
** Required Skills, Talents & Experience

** Microsoft Excel

** analytical tools

** statistics
* * to perform analysis and
** forecasting
* * of financial and other business information
* ** Business modeling
** skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed
* Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.

** Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
