Location: Austin
MongoDB is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst to join our Payroll team in Austin with a hybrid work model. You will support payroll tax compliance across NAM & LATAM regions and collaborate with Finance, Accounting and HR to ensure accurate withholding and reporting.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll tax experience, strong knowledge of US multi-state tax rules, equity taxation (RSUs/stock options) and ADP proficiency.
