Job Title: Spa Esthetician Starting at: $55-$65+ per hour between base/commission/gratuities Status: Part Time Shift: VariesThe Spa Esthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional facial, skincare, and body treatments while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and guest care in alignment with Forbes Travel Guide standards. This role is central to creating a personalized, luxurious, and anticipatory spa experience. The Spa Esthetician provides expert guidance on skincare treatments and products, ensuring every guest interaction reflects warmth, discretion, and Forbes-level service excellence.
Responsibilities- Perform a full range of esthetic services including facials, Hydra Facial, chemical peels, body treatments, waxing, and signature Spa Monarch therapies with precision, expertise, and attention to detail.
- Deliver all services in strict accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards, demonstrating anticipatory service, professionalism, and intuitive guest engagement.
- Personalize treatments to meet individual guest needs, preferences, and skin conditions, ensuring a bespoke luxury experience.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to uphold Forbes‑caliber sanitation, presentation, and operational standards.
- Educate guests on home skincare routines, products, and wellness practices in a professional, consultative, and informative manner.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products knowledgeably, tactfully, and with an emphasis on enhancing the guest experience.
- Warmly welcome guests and escort them to and from treatment areas with polished, refined hospitality.
- Adhere to appointment schedules while maintaining a calm, unhurried, and luxurious experience for every guest.
- Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or sensitivities effectively to colleagues and management to ensure continuity of care.
- Attend pre‑shift meetings as scheduled, actively participating to stay informed on updates, promotions, and weekly policies.
- Complete side work, treatment room maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management to ensure seamless daily spa operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics at all times.
- Collaborate with management and team members to continually elevate the guest experience, from inquiry to departure, in alignment with Forbes‑level standards.

Qualifications
- Current and active esthetician license in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional esthetician experience in a luxury spa, resort, or high‑end skincare environment preferred.
- Demonstrated mastery of advanced facial and body treatments with the ability to learn and execute new modalities.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, and wellness programs.
- Proven ability to deliver Forbes‑level guest service, including anticipatory attention, discretion, and meticulous care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished interpersonal presence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments safely and efficiently.
- Strong retail acumen and consultative sales skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill refinement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
