Position: Licensed High School Speech Pathology - Littleton, CO
Location: Littleton

We're seeking a dedicated, certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve elementary and high school populations, ranging from mild to severe needs, through the end of the school year. This dynamic setting near Littleton, CO, offers the chance to make a genuine difference, working full-time with a diverse student caseload.

Ideal candidates are passionate professionals who thrive in both elementary and high school environments, skilled at addressing a wide range of communication challenges. You'll collaborate closely with school teams, families, and students on-site, providing tailored interventions and support. Those with experience handling complex cases and a commitment to positive outcomes will find this role particularly rewarding. While onsite candidates are preferred, qualified applicants with teletherapy (voco) experience may also be considered.

Please note this role is not open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Qualifications:
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP certification required
  • Experience working with mild to severe populations in school settings
  • Background supporting both elementary and high school age groups
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and team collaboration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Open to travel and adapt to different school environments
  • Preference for onsite availability; consideration given to exceptional remote candidates
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders among K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEPs
  • Deliver services to a primarily elementary and high school caseload
