Position Highlights:
Pay: $36–$57/hour (based on experience)
Opportunity to work with a diverse patient population
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Help patients regain independence in daily living and functional skills
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure)
Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Personable, team-oriented, and self-directed mindset
Ability to manage caseload and prioritize effectively
