MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community‑based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Language Pathologist Job Overview

Current Texas Speech Therapy License is required. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at MGA Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric population with speech/communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing deficits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21)
  • Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
  • Active state licensure as required
  • Current Texas Speech Language Pathology License is required
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
