• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials in Colorado (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled in providing support for K-12 students with diverse needs
• Ability to collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy services onsite to students as outlined in IEPs
• Mentor and support COTA staff as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Maintain professional records and consistent documentation
