Qualifications &Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials in Colorado (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in providing support for K-12 students with diverse needs
- Ability to collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy services onsite to students as outlined in IEPs
- Mentor and support COTA staff as needed
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Maintain professional records and consistent documentation
