Weisbrod Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Eads, Colorado
. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice broad-scope rural medicine while building meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community.

Providers practice across clinic, emergency, inpatient, and extended care settings
, offering a rewarding and diverse clinical experience.

• Full-scope rural practice
• Mix of clinic, ED, inpatient, and extended care
• 36 hours of patient-facing time per week
• 10-hour clinic days (9 hours patient care + 1 hour administrative)
• Rural Health Clinic averages ~400 patient visits per month across three providers
• Quarterly RVU Bonus Potential
• Sign-On Bonus
• Medical Insurance: Provided at no cost for provider and family
• Paid Time Off: Up to 7 weeks annually
• Retirement: 401(k) with up to 3% employer match
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• CME: $5,000 annually + 5 paid days
• Malpractice Insurance: Including tail coverage

Weisbrod Health is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic serving the community of Eads, Colorado
, located in Kiowa County in Eastern Colorado.
