Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing – Therapy is recruiting a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week assignment in Brush, Colorado. The role requires evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population.

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in accordance with state regulations
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC)

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Clinical experience in therapy (new graduates welcome)
• Additional certifications or licenses as applicable

• Use standardized assessments and clinical observations to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain detailed documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.
