Certified Pharmacy Technician
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties- Accurately measure, mix, package, label, and deliver medications to patients
- Assist pharmacists in filling prescription orders and managing inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Process insurance claims and handle billing issues
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- 1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
