• Multi‑modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings
• Work distributed across area facilities and includes home health visits within a 60‑mile radius
• Monday–Friday day shift schedule (4×10‑hour shifts per week)
• No on‑call requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license
• Strong general OT experience, including post‑op, sports injury, and geriatrics
• Outpatient experience required; combined outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
• Two supervisory references (supervisor, manager, or director level) preferred
• Completed skills checklist required

• Position covers a broad geographic service area, with all facilities and home health visits within a 60‑mile radius
• 13‑week contract
• Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined
