Hospital Registration Specialist – Salida, Colorado

• Deliver friendly, professional service to patients and visitors.
• Perform accurate patient registrations for hospital services.
• Maintain integrity in patient demographics, insurance, and guarantor data.
• Manage incoming calls, mail, and patient portal inquiries.
• Support regulatory compliance, including EMTALA guidelines.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments for seamless patient care.

• Minimum of three years of related business or customer‑service experience, preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.
• Proficiency in CPSI registration with a 95% accuracy rate.
• Ability to read and verify physician orders with patients.
• Experience collecting and verifying insurance information.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
