AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring a Part Time Cook at Concord Care of Hartford, located at 3090 Five Points Hartford Rd., Fowler, Ohio.

Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Cook to welcome our ever-growing team!

• High School graduate or GED preferred with ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have some formal education or on-the-job training in food preparation. Two to three years quantity food preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of nutritional requirements of adults and geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to supervise and direct other personnel.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test.
• Is capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
