Location: Idaho Springs
Job Description
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist assignment in Spring Creek, Nevada. 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, weekdays only. No weekends or on‑call. Compensation $2,381.00 – $2,454.00 per 8‑hour shift.
Start date:
ASAP. Available shifts: 8 days.
Provide individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises to a diverse outpatient population. Conduct assessments, develop and update therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist in Nevada (PT‑NV) required.
- Minimum 12‑month outpatient experience; new graduates accepted.
- Valid Nevada Wellness Center referral for new graduates.
- 1 reference from work history.
