Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in the Adams County area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Care Professional, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Services for a 17-year-old male who lives with family, does not require transportation or medication administration, providers should be prepared to deliver personal care and homemaker support as needed.

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Assistance with errands and shopping
• Bathing & showering
• Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Assistance with toileting
• Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises
• Protective oversight for safety, stand‑by assistance*
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Previous care giving experience
• A passion for care giving and a wish to help others
• Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care

• 18+ years of age
