Massage Therapist

Description

• Perform various types of massage techniques.
• Recommend and sell products to clients.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment rooms are tidy.
• Keep accurate records of the clients' treatments and progress.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Perform up to 6 treatments daily.
• Ensure adherence to Chamonix Spa Salon guest service and journey rules.
• Maintain and follow Chamonix Spa Salon luxury standards.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards, health standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Perform special projects as needed.

• Must have the ability to develop new clients and return business by providing the highest level of customer service and utilizing effective sales techniques.
• Must be currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Massage Therapists.
• Must have at least one year of recent notional massage experience with extensive knowledge of various massage techniques.
• Must have experience working in a spa or salon.
• Must have demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.

$18.00+ an hour based on experience plus gratuities, service commissions, and sales commissions.
