- Salary range: $85,000 – $96,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $20,000

As a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions while leading clinic operations and supporting your team. You will create personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting long‑term healing, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Lead daily clinic operations and support staff performance
- Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and team members
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation using AI‑assisted tools
- Foster a positive, patient‑centered clinic environment
- Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE approved)
- Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Ability to lift 5–35 pounds regularly
- Ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers (up to 120–140 pounds)
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina required
