Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by supporting their health, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver essential assistance with Activities of Daily Living while fostering independence and comfort for those in need.

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing
, dressing
, grooming
, and mobility to enhance comfort and independence - Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation
- Medication reminders according to care plans and document all care provided with attention to detail
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks
, meal preparation
, and transportation to appointments or errands - Follow established care protocols while maintaining a safe environment for clients at all times
- Prior experience working as an In Home Caregiver or in related settings such as geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
- Experience with dementia clients and their unique needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
- Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is appreciated
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting clients with mobility needs safely
- Reliable transportation and willingness to provide transportation for client in personal vehicle
- Must pass a criminal background check (Federal, State, Local, DMV, CAPS, DORA, OIG)
- Must pass a drug panel including active marijuana use.
- Must be able to stoop or bend repeatedly, carry bundles, and assist clients with transfers and general mobility/stability.
- Must Read, Write, and Speak English with clear and strong communication skills
