What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
• Document treatment activities accurately in health care records
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed
• Apply psychological counseling techniques with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure ongoing mental health care for inmates

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
• Relevant mental health licensure or certification (exact credentials as per state requirements)
• Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment and counseling

• Experience working with inmate populations or in correctional settings
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
