Patient Access Representative

Common Spirit Health -  - Responsibilities:
Create a positive impression for each patient, family member, visitor or staff while performing pre-admitting, admitting and/or registering tasks;
Interview patients or relatives to obtain demographic and financial information for registration/admission;
Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to the patient or representative, collecting outstanding balance;
Assist in new employee orientation and mentor new associates;
Collaborate with administration, management, physicians, and staff to support patients and visitors
