Serenity for Life, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting women with complex clinical needs, including co-occurring disorders.
We are seeking full-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team.
Position:This role involves providing individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/inpatient environment. The Primary Therapist will carry a caseload of clients and work diligently to help each client find their path to recovery and change and support the development of a detailed transition plan based on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group therapy services
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and support staff
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Ability to change, adapt, and grow with changes in the environment.
- Highly skilled at conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group therapy.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and professional boundaries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively express ideas and views when (a) speaking to clients, staff, and outside professionals (b) for preparing written reports and verbalizing; (c) data input.
- Knowledge of and willingness to comply with agency policies and procedures, state laws, licensing and accreditation rules and regulations, and certification standards.
Active licensure or candidacy in one of the following:
- LPC
- LMFT
- LCSW
- LSW
- Trauma therapist
- Residential or inpatient treatment experience strongly recommended
- Comfort and competence working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Weekend availability preferred, but not required
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
