- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Collect, launder, and return linens and residents' personal laundry in a timely and organized manner
- Follow infection control and sanitation procedures
- Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed
- Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines
- Handle equipment and cleaning supplies properly and safely
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping or Laundry Supervisor
- Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial work is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- A compassionate, resident-first mindset
- Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols
