Physical Therapist (Full-time In Del Norte)

You'll deliver skilled physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, swing bed, and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation settings. You'll evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans of care, provide education to patients and families, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality therapy team that truly cares.

Requirements:
Active Colorado PT license, CPR/BLS, accredited PT degree (Doctorate preferred), strong clinical skills across multiple settings, and a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
