$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Mon – Thurs 4x10s or Mon – Fri 4x9s and 1x4, every other week
• 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient — acute care and swing bed
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient acute care facility
• Supervision of PTA required
• EMR:
  Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech
• Strong orthopedic skills required
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience required
