Physical Therapist - Multi-Modality Position

M-F days, preferably 8 hours, but may consider 4x10 schedule options.

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a multi-modality position encompassing home health, outpatient, and acute care settings. The role requires providing care at various facilities within a 60-mile radius, including conducting home health visits.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients.
• Providing therapy interventions to address a variety of conditions.
• Delivering care in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as home health.
• Working effectively with patients recovering from post-operative procedures, sports injuries, and geriatric-related concerns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Strong general experience including outpatient and inpatient care.
• Experience with post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
