Licensed Mental Health Professional (Multiple Licensure Types Accepted)

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Professional to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based care, maintaining ethical standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Licensed Mental Health Professional

Schedule: 8x5 | 40 hours/week

Shift: Day’s Shift (8x5)

Pay Rate: $2200-$2400/week

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions within the scope of licensure.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
  • Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to community resources when needed.
  • Educate clients and families on treatment options, coping strategies, and available support services.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, organizational policies, and professional ethical standards.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted licensure in one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT)
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatment modalities, and behavioral health best practices.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
