Occupational Therapist

Role Overview

The Occupational Therapist assesses and evaluates patients' functional status, activities of daily living, and occupational therapy needs based on medical conditions. They collaborate with physicians to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

• Evaluate patient function and document for CMS compliance
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes
• Conduct functional assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy participation
• Provide care in diverse home settings, ensuring inclusivity regardless of background or condition

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the practice state
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
• Preferred: CPR certification, ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and strong communication, organizational, and writing skills
