Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use, care, and troubleshooting of respiratory and HME equipment;
Respond to patient equipment issues, including under emergency conditions when required;
Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs;
Process orders and complete documentation accurately and timely to support patient care and reimbursement
