We provide interdisciplinary, center-based ABA services for young children in a collaborative, play-based environment. Our team works alongside Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists to support meaningful, developmentally appropriate outcomes for each child. We focus on play, engagement, and connection—creating a fun, high-energy environment where both clients and staff thrive. No prior ABA experience required – we provide paid training and support you in earning your RBT certification.

Full-time hours (35–37.5/week) with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week – your paycheck stays consistent even when clients cancel. Paid training + RBT certification support (including exam fees). Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays. Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactions. Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Collect data and monitor client progress. Maintain daily session notes and documentation. Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification). Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset. Strong reliability and professionalism. Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
