• Multi-modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings.
• Work performed across area facilities, all within a 60‑mile radius, including home health visits.
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule; 8‑hour shifts preferred, but 4x10 schedule may be considered.
• Patient population includes post‑op, sports injury, and geriatric cases.
• No on‑call requirements.
• Position involves travel between multiple area facilities within a 60‑mile radius.
• Manager interview required prior to offer.
• ASAP start dates preferred.

• Outpatient PT experience required; combined outpatient and inpatient experience strongly preferred.
• Strong general PT experience required, including post‑op, sports injury, and geriatrics.
• Current state PT license required if applicable.
• Two supervisory or managerial references preferred for consideration.
• Current skills checklist required for consideration.
• Manager interview required prior to offer.

• Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
