Substance Use Disorder Counselor

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients in healthcare and community settings. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and life skills. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client records
• Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and community resources
• Educate clients and families on recovery, relapse prevention, and coping skills
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings
