Your Role
  • Master and maintain phone system proficiency, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Use AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation and Thank You) scripting to provide a professional, patient-centered experience.
  • Transfer calls appropriately and confirm/cancel appointments with efficiency.
  • Manage patient records in patient records system, including verifying demographics, updating information, and creating concise task messages for care teams.
  • Utilize all available communication tools to coordinate effectively with clinics.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience
  • High school degree, plus a minimum of three years of responsible business experience, preferably in a public relations, healthcare setting, or other professional setting.
