Massage Therapist

Marriott International, Inc. seeks a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional therapeutic and relaxation services within our Hospitality & Travel spa environment. In this Personal Care & Service role, you'll perform customized treatments, conduct thorough client intakes, and recommend appropriate modalities while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. You'll collaborate with spa and hotel teams to enhance the guest experience, promote services and retail offerings, and support Marriott's people-first, inclusive culture and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massages to hotel guests
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and contraindications
• Recommend appropriate massage modalities and treatment plans
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• Document treatments and update guest records accurately
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
• Coordinate with front desk to manage bookings and schedules
• Uphold Marriott service standards and guest satisfaction goals
