Role
Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado / Arizona Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
Commitment to holistic care Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $
Work Location:
Greeley Clinic, 100% onsite, in person
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 5:00
PMFridays: 8:00AM - 1:00
