Location: Salida
Columbine Manor Care Center in Salida, Colorado, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care upon physician referral. This PRN, hourly role supports patients needing short-term rehab, long-term care, or recovery services.
ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and CPR certification are required or pursued. New grads welcome; strong Word/Excel and communication skills are valued.
