Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by supporting their health, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver essential assistance with Activities of Daily Living while fostering independence and comfort for those in need.

- Assist clients with
daily living activities
such as
bathing
,
dressing
,
grooming
, and
mobility
to enhance comfort and independence - Provide
companionship
and emotional support to fostersocial engagement
and reduce feelings of isolation - Medication reminders
according to care plans and document all care provided with attention to detail - Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
- Support clients with
light housekeeping tasks
,
meal preparation
, and
transportation
to appointments or errands - Follow established care protocols while maintaining a
safe environment
for clients at all times
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, must be able to Read, Write, and
Speak English
, and have clear and
strong communication skills - Must pass a
criminal background check
(Federal, State/CBI, Local, DMV, CAPS, DORA, OIG) - Must pass a
drug panel
including active
marijuana
use - Must be willing to comply with state required seasonal flu vaccinations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to provide
transportation
for client in
personal vehicle - Ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting clients with
mobility
needs safely - Must be able to stoop or bend repeatedly, carry bundles, and assist clients with transfers and general mobility/stability.
- Prior experience
working as an In Home Caregiver or in related settings such as geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred - Experience with
dementia
clients and their unique needs is highly preferred
